OUR STORY
Financial Advisor is a financial consulting firm built on decades of practical experience in financial management, auditing, budgeting, business process automation, and management accounting implementation for companies of all sizes.
The company was founded by Antonina Nikolaienko, a finance executive with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in financial management, auditing, management accounting, budgeting, fundraising, ERP implementation, and financial consulting.
Throughout her career, Antonina has held executive positions including Chief Financial Officer, Director of Internal Audit, Vice President of Finance, Advisor to the President of a major industrial enterprise, Financial Consultant, and Economic Advisor.
Her professional experience spans manufacturing companies, oil and gas holdings, retail chains, production businesses, e-commerce companies, and international consulting projects across Ukraine and abroad.
Antonina combines extensive financial expertise with a Master's degree in International Law, an MBA in Financial Management, and professional certifications from the Institute of Professional Financial Managers (IPFM) in Financial Management, Internal Audit, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Over the years, she has led the implementation of SAP R/3, 1C, BAS ERP, and other enterprise management systems, supervised automation projects involving hundreds of users, designed consolidated reporting systems, budgeting frameworks, internal control procedures, and financial governance models for large holding companies.
Her methodology is based on thoroughly assessing the current state of a business, developing practical financial methodologies, designing efficient business processes, preparing technical specifications for automation, implementing solutions, and training client teams to ensure long-term success.
